RETURNS POLICY

If you, or your pet, are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased from www.aatu.co.uk, or if you have simply changed your mind, you can return your items to us for free. This includes the following:

• items that do not correspond with the description on the AATU website
• items that are not the items you ordered
• items damaged upon delivery

You must notify us of your intention to return your order. You have up to 28 days after the date on which the product is delivered to you. Please email us at enquiries@petfoodukltd.com or call our customer service team on 0808 100 8885.
We will advise you of the best way to send your item back to us. Depending on your original delivery method, you have several free return options. Returns are to be sent to the following address:

Please note, that you must provide proof of purchase. The refund will cover the cost of the item and the cost of standard delivery of the item provided that the items was not part of a larger order.
