Subscription Changes June 2020

An important update subscriptions started before June 19th 2020

Dear Subscribers,

Firstly, we want to thank you for your continued loyalty to AATU, it means a lot to us, especially in these unsettling times!

What is changing?

We've seen an increase in demand for our products online during Covid-19, as a result we need to make some improvements to our website to make sure it continues to offer the great experience we want you to have moving forwards.

As part of the suite of improvements we plan to launch over the coming months, we are upgrading the software that we use to manage our subscriptions, to a system that is easier for our customers to use.

How will this affect you?

We want to make sure that this change has as little affect as possible on our customers, unfortunately however, it does mean we are going to need all of our existing subscribers to start their subscriptions again in the coming weeks. We appreciate this is not ideal and as an apology for this inconvenience, we would like to offer you 50% off your next order (see details below).

What do you need to do before July 31st?

Between now and the end of July, we would kindly ask that all existing customers login to our site (or contact our customer service team) to simply cancel their existing subscription. Once this is done, you can then use the site to choose your favourite products and start a new subscription at a time convenient to you. If you do this between now and the end of July, you will automatically move onto the new system and will not have to take any further action.

We appreciate that this is inconvenient, so to thank you for making the change, we would like to offer you 50% off your first order on the new system - please see the email we sent you for your special code.

Please note that you will recieve any order you have recently been charged for - an example of this would be if you cancel your current subscription on the same day as you were charged, you will still recieve that delivery, so you will not need to start your new subscription until you next need AATU.
