Shipping policy

We aim to deliver our products to you safely and in a timely manner. This policy sets out our terms of delivery.

DELIVERY TIMESCALE

  1. Subject to stock, our products are dispatched the business day after your order is placed.
  2. We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 business days of the order being placed.
  3. By law, we must deliver to you within 30 days.

 DELIVERY METHODS

  1. We send items by a tracked courier service
  2. We currently use DPD to deliver all orders, however from time to time we may use an alternative courier
  1. You will receive a tracking number by email once the item has been dispatched.
  2. Delivery methods and timescales are displayed at the checkout.
  3. Not in? You can manage your delivery via the tracking details that you receive once your order has been dispatched, and can request to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour of your choice or at a local shop to be collected by you later. Our courier may attempt to re-deliver up to three times. After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a refund or another delivery.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently offer delivery to Mainland Britain. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. If you live in a 'harder to reach' area such as Scottish Highlands, your order may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer delivery to offshore locations, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. 

FREE DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES

  1. We offer free delivery on orders over £50 (inc. VAT). This is based on the order total after any discounts have been deducted.
  2. Deliveries under £50 are generally charged at £4.99.
  3. By entering your postcode, you will be provided with accurate and up-to-date delivery charges on our checkout pages.
