We understand that cats can be quite particular about their food preferences, and it's disappointing when a product isn't met with 100% delight! While many cats enjoy our variety pack, we acknowledge that every cat has unique tastes. Introduction of a new food can sometimes be difficult, and we recommend the best way is to gradually add new food with some of their previous food over a period of 14 days. Not following the gradual transition recommendation can cause your pet not to take well to the change in ingredients/ composition, as would be the same with many other brands. Do ensure your account is updated, if you no longer wish to re-purchase this item. We value your honest feedback - thanks again for sharing!
